Medicinal Chemistry Project Leader

Role: Lead medicinal chemistry efforts for preclinical PROTAC projects, focusing on degrader-antibody conjugates, to guide programs toward clinical candidate nomination. Responsibilities: design and synthesize PROTACs, analyze SAR and multivariate datasets, collaborate with external CROs for synthesis and data needs, and provide strategic scientific updates to leadership. Requirements: PhD in organic or medicinal chemistry; 8+ years in pharma/biotech drug discovery; extensive experience with antibody-drug conjugates and structure-based design; strong understanding of pharmacokinetics and in vivo pharmacology; proven project leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
