Medical Value and Health Information Technology (MVHIT) Manager - Health IT Liaison - Southeast

Territory: AL, FL, GA, TN, NC, SC

Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional medical and commercial teams to gather EHR customer insights and assess opportunities
- Manage MV Health IT Liaison customer account prioritization process
- Develop scalable EHR-enabled tools/resources for key therapeutic areas
- Deliver insights on EHR objectives to internal partners
- Educate health systems on EHR reporting and clinical decision support tools
- Conduct regular customer meetings for Health IT education
- Create and complete key account plans and initiatives
- Train/communicate with MSLs and KAMs on MVHIT and EHR programs; support field teams
- Engage customers in a field-facing capacity using MAC-approved materials/messaging
- Use CRM tool for territory scheduling and call documentation
- Support cross-functional workstreams for identified accounts; provide strategic insights on care management evolution, quality initiatives, and HIT implementation
- Provide feedback on targeting strategies, KPIs, and POAs
- 50% travel may be required

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree
OR
- Master’s degree and 3 years of Medical Capabilities experience
OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Medical Capabilities experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharmaceutical/biotech industry or hospital system experience
- Familiarity with EHR systems within IDNs
- Hands-on EHR product experience (Epic, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks, Cerner); strong preference for Epic and Cerner
- Knowledge of healthcare market/legislation impacts on health systems, pharma, payers
- Experience applying health IT in inpatient and ambulatory settings
- Analytical/critical thinking skills; customer-facing experience
- Understanding of IDNs and key partners; experience with EHR reporting tools
