Medical Technologist Immunology

Role: Laboratory Technologist in Phoenix, AZ, performing routine and complex testing procedures to support diagnostic and clinical decision-making. Responsibilities include specimen evaluation, instrument operation and troubleshooting, reagent testing, quality control, and maintaining safety standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; at least 1 year of clinical lab testing experience in Flow Cytometry; proficiency with lab information systems. Preferred: ASCP or AMT certification. High-value: expertise in Flow Cytometry, Coagulation, Hematology, Chemistry, and Urinalysis; experience with laboratory automation; ability to work independently and in team settings; attention to detail; ability to pass color blindness test. Work setup: Phoenix location, Tuesday-Saturday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm shifts; flexibility for overtime or shift changes.
