Medical Technologist II

Role: Medical Technologist II in Core Automated Testing at Labcorp, performing routine and complex laboratory procedures to ensure accurate patient test results. Responsibilities: evaluate specimens, operate and troubleshoot lab instrumentation, prepare reagents, perform quality control and preventive maintenance, assist with specimen processing, and maintain a safe work environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Biological sciences or Medical Technology, 3+ years of clinical testing experience, proficiency with laboratory information systems, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Preferred: 6+ months automated core lab experience, ASCP or AMT certification.
