Medical Technologist I, Toxicology

Role: Medical Technologist I in Special Chemistry, responsible for performing routine and complex laboratory tests, specimen evaluation, and quality control to support accurate patient diagnostics. Responsibilities include specimen acceptability assessment, troubleshooting instrumentation, preparing reagents, reporting timely results, maintaining equipment, and adhering to regulatory and safety standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Biological sciences, with at least one year of clinical testing experience or MLS certification; ASCP or AMT certification preferred. Experience with laboratory information systems and strong attention to detail are desirable.
