Role: Medical Technologist I in Immunology, responsible for specimen testing, quality assurance, and instrumentation troubleshooting to deliver accurate lab results. Responsibilities: perform routine and complex testing per SOPs, evaluate new reagents, monitor instruments, resolve specimen discrepancies, prepare reports, and maintain safety and compliance with regulatory standards (CLIA, state). Requirements: Bachelorβs degree in Chemical/ Biological sciences or equivalent meeting CLIA/State criteria; minimum 1 year clinical lab testing experience or MLS certification. Preferred: ASCP or AMT certification, 2+ years of experience, proficiency with laboratory information systems, and strong attention to detail. High-Value: clinical immunology testing, specimen handling, quality control, troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, potentially in a high-throughput or fast-paced environment. Work setup: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm; Indianapolis, IN; flexible to overtime or shift adjustments as needed.
