Medical Technologist I, Flow Cytometry

Role: Medical Technologist I specializing in Flow Cytometry, performing routine and complex laboratory testing to support diagnostic and research workflows. Responsibilities: assess specimen acceptability, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation, prepare reagents, ensure quality control, document procedures, and report accurate test results. Collaborate with laboratory team to maintain safety and regulatory compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Chemical or Biological sciences, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; 1 year of clinical testing experience or MLS credential. Preferred: ASCP or AMT certification, 2+ years of clinical lab experience. High-Value: flow cytometry, clinical diagnostics, specimen processing, troubleshooting, CLIA and state regulatory compliance, quality control.
