Main Responsibilities:
- Co-create account plans and oversee/executing medical activities for designated geographies; manage Regional Medical Associate Directors/MSLs.
- Develop and broaden KOL network for peer-to-peer engagement within targeted accounts.
- Build and gain approval for account-specific plans across 5 therapeutic areas and 7 brands.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Strategic Account Director on cross-portfolio account plans for key accounts.
- Identify suitable clinical trial and registry sites and support trials throughout the process.
- Design/develop health economics and outcomes research to demonstrate care gaps.
- Provide payer education on disease state and treatment outcomes; gather payer insights.
- Co-lead account planning and orchestrate medical engagement for cross-rare patient medical needs/priorities.
- Establish scientific partnerships within the rare community.
- Enhance HCP medical awareness via educational initiatives, including communicating outcomes data.
- Facilitate constructive dialogues among HCPs to promote knowledge exchange/best practices.
- Stay current on emerging scientific/technological advances and regulatory requirements.
- Develop relationships with State NBS labs and state Departments of Health.
- Cultivate scientific excellence and ethical standards.

Qualifications / Skills:
- MD, PhD, PharmD, or NP/PA.
- 3+ years in Medical Affairs, MSL, or Therapeutic Area capacity.
- Experience in rare diseases/specialized therapeutic areas in pharma/healthcare.
- Experience supporting clinical trials/research projects.
- Ability to work cross-functionally (commercial, medical, regulatory).
- Strong network development; MSL experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills and executive presence.
- Digital literacy/digital-first mindset.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Learning agility.
