Role: Medical professional responsible for donor evaluation and care in a plasma collection setting, ensuring donor suitability and safety. Responsibilities: assess donor eligibility through medical history reviews, perform physical assessments, provide emergency medical care, interpret test results, and counsel donors on reactive findings. Collaborate with the Center Medical Director and escalate critical cases to physicians or emergency services. Qualifications: graduation from paramedic, nursing, physician assistant, chiropractic, medical school, or naturopathic program; licensed or certified as required by state (e.g., RN, MD, DO, EMT); minimum of 1 year healthcare experience; prior experience in blood/plasma centers preferred.
