Role: Medical Professional in a plasma collection center, responsible for donor suitability assessments, immunizations, emergency care, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: conduct donor interviews and health assessments, review test results, respond to medical emergencies, oversee immunization programs, counsel donors on reactive test results, and ensure accurate documentation in electronic systems. Also responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and supporting operational needs. Requirements: graduation from a paramedic, nursing, medical, or similar program; licensed or certified as a physician or emergency medical technician if foreign-trained; minimum of one year healthcare experience, with preferred experience in blood or plasma collection. Skills: physical assessment abilities, donor instruction, and knowledge of laboratory and safety protocols. High-Value: involves donor screening, immunization management, and emergency response within a regulated plasma collection environment; adherence to GxP and safety standards; potential cross-training; bilingual skills may be advantageous.
