Role Summary

Medical Specialist I for the Toledo & Dayton, OH region, focused on engaging dermatologists and other key customers with clinically-focused sales messaging. The role requires a high degree of integrity and alignment with core beliefs, and offers an opportunity to join a fast-paced, results-driven, customer-focused team. Responsibilities include strategy development, relationship-building with healthcare professionals, cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, and representing the brand at industry events. Travel across large geographic territories is required.

Responsibilities

  • Developing strategy and executing tactics within key accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area
  • Establishing and fostering strong working relationships with health care professionals, including nurses, office staff, and key patient advocacy support groups
  • Collaborating with regional colleagues, as well as other field-based and home office personnel teams to proactively address customer needs
  • Analyzing market dynamics and trends to develop strategies which support brand and corporate objectives
  • Engaging in initiatives to promote sales success such as industry related congresses, local and regional meetings and medical conferences

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred: Master's degree or other advanced education/certifications
  • Required: Specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience with a minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Required: Minimum of 2 years selling in the Immunology market or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market
  • Preferred: Dermatology experience
  • Required: Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
  • Required: Residence within the listed territory

Education

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required; Masterโ€™s degree preferred
