Role Summary
Geography: Dayton, OH / Northern Cincinnati. The Medical Specialist (Sales Representative), Pulmonology (MS) engages Pulmonologists and other key customers within an assigned geography, presenting clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue, and consistently delivering product goals. The MS demonstrates strong and compliant sales performance that meets or exceeds forecast and product goals, adhering to all Regeneron policies and procedures governing the promotion of pharmaceutical and biologic products in the US.
Responsibilities
- Developing strategy and implementing tactics within key accounts in our Pulmonary therapeutic areas to generate product utilization
- Establishing and fostering strong relationships with Pulmonary health care professionals, including physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, office staff, and patient advocacy groups
- Collaborating with regional colleagues and other field-based and home office teams to proactively address customer needs
- Analyzing market dynamics and trends to develop strategies which support brand and corporate objectives
- Participating in initiatives to support sales success such as industry-related congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences

Qualifications
- 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 2 years selling in the Respiratory market and/or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market
- Advanced clinically-based selling skills; results oriented with a proven track record of success with product launches
- Experience with in-servicing and training office staff, nurses and office managers, and the ability to partner and collaborate with other internal field teams and alliance partners
Education
- Bachelor's degree (required)
