Role Summary
Geography: Nashville/Brentwood/Franklin, TN. Our Medical Specialists engage Dermatologists and key customers with clinically-focused sales messaging to drive action. The role requires a high level of integrity and alignment with core beliefs and values in a fast-paced, results-oriented, customer-focused team. Travel across the territory is required.
Responsibilities
- Developing strategy and executing tactics within key accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area
- Establishing and fostering strong working relationships with health care professionals, including nurses, office staff, and patient advocacy groups
- Collaborating with regional colleagues and other field-based and home-office teams to proactively address customer needs
- Analyzing market dynamics and trends to develop strategies that support brand and corporate objectives
- Engaging in initiatives to promote sales success, such as industry congresses and local/regional meetings and medical conferences
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience (specialty/phbiopharmaceutical experience strongly preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years selling in the Immunology market or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market; dermatology experience preferred
- Demonstrated success and consistent sales performance in complex markets across diverse customer segments
Education
- Bachelorโs degree required; Masterโs degree or other advanced education/certifications are a plus
