Role Summary
Geography: Savannah, GA / Charleston, SC. Medical Specialist I โ Dermatology engages dermatology healthcare professionals with clinically-focused sales messaging designed to inform and influence action. The role requires integrity and a commitment to doing what is right, aligned with core beliefs and values. You will join a fast-paced, results-oriented, customer-focused team supporting key accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area and collaborating with regional colleagues and home-office teams to address customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Developing strategy and executing tactics within key accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area
- Establishing and fostering strong working relationships with health care professionals, including nurses, office staff, and patient advocacy groups
- Collaborating with regional colleagues, as well as other field-based and home office personnel to proactively address customer needs
- Analyzing market dynamics and trends to develop strategies that support brand and corporate objectives
- Engaging in initiatives to promote sales success, such as industry congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree required
- 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience in specialty pharma/biopharmaceuticals (required)
- Minimum of 2 years selling in the Immunology market or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market (required); dermatology experience preferred
- Proven success and consistent sales performance in complex markets across diverse customer segments (required)
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories; residency within the listed territory required
- Masterโs degree or other advanced education/certifications (preferred)
- Dermatology experience (preferred)
