Role Summary
Medical Specialist I - Dermatology, Kansas. This role focuses on engaging dermatology-focused healthcare professionals and delivering clinically focused sales messaging to drive action. The successful candidate will operate with the highest integrity and align with our core values in a fast-paced, results-oriented team.
Responsibilities
- Developing strategy and executing tactics within key accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area
- Establishing and fostering strong working relationships with health care professionals, including nurses, office staff key patient advocacy support groups
- Collaborating with regional colleagues, as well as other field-based and home office personnel teams to proactively address customer needs
- Analyzing market dynamics and trends to develop strategies which support brand and corporate objectives
- Engaging in initiatives to promote sales success such as industry related congresses, local and regional meetings and medical conferences
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelorโs degree; 5 years pharmaceutical/pharma sales experience; minimum 2 years selling in the Immunology market or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market; specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience; demonstrated success and consistent sales performance in complex markets across diverse customer segments; ability to travel and cover large geographic territories; residence within the listed territory
- Preferred: Masterโs degree or other advanced education/certifications; dermatology experience
