Role Summary

Geography: Grand Rapids North. Our Medical Specialists engage Dermatologists and other key customers, presenting clinically-focused sales messaging that resonates and drives action. The role is anchored in integrity and a commitment to doing what is right, aligned with our core beliefs and values. This is a fast-paced, results-oriented, customer-focused team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Developing strategy and executing tactics within key accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area
  • Establishing and fostering strong working relationships with health care professionals, including nurses, office staff, and patient advocacy groups
  • Collaborating with regional colleagues, as well as other field-based and home-office personnel to proactively address customer needs
  • Analyzing market dynamics and trends to develop strategies which support brand and corporate objectives
  • Engaging in initiatives to promote sales success such as industry congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences

Qualifications

  • Required: 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Required: 2 years selling in Immunology market or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market
  • Required: Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories; must reside within the listed territory
  • Preferred: Dermatology experience
  • Preferred: Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications
  • Preferred: Specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience
  • Preferred: Demonstrated strong and consistent sales performance and ability to connect work to the overarching brand strategy with ethics and compliance

  • Required: Bachelor's degree
