Medical Specialist (Sales Representative), Allergy/ENT (MS)
Responsibilities:
- Engage Allergists and other key customers within an assigned geographic universe; present clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue and consistently deliver product goals.
- Demonstrate strong, consistent sales performance exceeding forecast/expectations.
- Develop strategy and execute tactics within key allergists in Dermatology and Respiratory therapeutic areas to generate product utilization.
- Build relationships with experts, Allergists, nurses, office staff, other healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy support groups as directed.
- Collaborate with district colleagues and field/home-office teams to address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives.
- Participate in and help lead sales success initiatives (e.g., industry congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).
Role requirements/qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications a plus.
- 5+ years specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience, including 2+ years selling in Dermatology or Respiratory and/or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market.
- Advanced clinically-based selling skills.
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories.
Preferred/required skills/experience:
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments (compliant, integrity-focused).
- Results orientation; track record with product launches.
- Science learning aptitude; proactive disease-state/treatment/healthcare trend knowledge.
- Experience in-servicing and training office staff, nurses, and office managers.
- Ability to partner/collaborate with internal field teams and alliance partners.

Salary Range (annually): $143,500.00 - $187,500.00
