Role Summary

Geography: Los Angeles South (Allergy/ENT territory). Key markets include Los Angeles, Inglewood, Torrance, Long Beach and Huntington Beach.

Our Medical Specialists engage Allergists, Immunologists and Otolaryngologists and other key customers, delivering clinically focused sales messaging that resonates and drives action. The role requires the highest integrity and commitment to doing what is right, aligned with our core beliefs and values. This is a fast-paced, results-driven, customer-focused team environment for those up for the challenge.

Responsibilities

  • Developing strategy and executing tactics within key accounts in our Allergy/Immunology and ENT therapeutic areas to generate product utilization
  • Establishing and fostering strong working relationships with Allergy/Immunology/Otolaryngology health care professionals including physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, office staff and other important personnel as well as key patient advocacy support groups as directed
  • Collaborating with regional colleagues, as well as other field-based and home office personnel teams to proactively address customer needs
  • Analyzing market dynamics and trends to develop strategies which support brand and corporate objectives
  • Participating in initiatives to support sales success such as industry-related congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree (minimum)
  • Required: Minimum of 5 years’ pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Required: Minimum of 2 years’ sales in the Immunology and/or ENT market or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market
  • Preferred: Master's degree or other advanced education/certifications
  • Preferred: Allergy/Immunology/Otolaryngology experience
  • Preferred: Demonstrated success and consistent sales performance in complex markets across diverse customer segments

Skills

  • Proficient in presenting clinically focused sales messaging to Allergists, Immunologists and Otolaryngologists
  • Establishing and fostering strong working relationships with healthcare professionals including physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, office staff and other personnel
  • Collaborating with regional colleagues and cross-functional teams to proactively address customer needs
  • Analyzing market dynamics and trends to develop strategies that support brand and corporate objectives

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications preferred

  • Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
