Role Summary
Medical Specialist I in Allergy/ENT; responsible for delivering clinically focused sales messaging to Allergists, Immunologists, Otolaryngologists and related healthcare professionals. Must demonstrate high integrity and align with core beliefs and values while operating in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role includes developing strategy, building relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet brand and corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
- Developing strategy and executing tactics within key accounts in Allergy/Immunology and ENT to generate product utilization
- Establishing and fostering strong working relationships with healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups as directed
- Collaborating with regional colleagues and other field-based and home office teams to address customer needs
- Analyzing market dynamics and trends to develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives
- Participating in initiatives to support sales success such as industry congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree; minimum of 5 years’ pharmaceutical sales experience
- Required: Minimum of 2 years’ sales in the Immunology and/or ENT market or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market
- Preferred: Allergy/Immunology/Otolaryngology experience
- Required: Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred: Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications
