Medical Screener - Reception Technician

Role: Plasma donor center technician responsible for donor registration, screening, and phlebotomy procedures to ensure donor suitability for plasma pheresis. Responsibilities: conduct health assessments, explain donation process and policies, record data accurately, and monitor donor well-being during and after donation; maintain a clean environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months of experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills. High-Value: role supports plasma collection for therapeutic products, with potential involvement in hyperimmune programs; emphasis on donor safety, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance (OSHA/HSE). Work Setup: on-site with possible cross-training; bilingual skills may be required; pay range $15.82–$17.27/hour based on location and experience.
