Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service)

Role: Plasma center technician responsible for donor registration, health screening, and conducting plasma pheresis procedures. Objectives include verifying donor eligibility, ensuring compliance with SOPs, maintaining safety and hygiene standards, and educating donors about donation processes. Responsibilities encompass performing health assessments (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, finger stick for hematocrit/protein), recording data accurately, and alerting staff to adverse reactions. May assist with donor registration, answer calls, and support hyper immune programs. Qualifications: high school diploma; minimum 3 months experience in clerical/customer service, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills.
