Responsibilities encompass performing health assessments (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, finger stick for hematocrit/protein), recording data accurately, and alerting staff to adverse reactions. May assist with donor registration, answer calls, and support hyper immune programs. Qualifications: high school diploma; minimum 3 months experience in clerical/customer service, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills. High-Value: blood/plasma donation,pheresis procedures, donor health screening, safety compliance, potentially bilingual, and ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment. Work setup: primarily on-site with physical requirements such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and extended hours; PPE use mandatory; exposure to blood-borne pathogens and hazardous chemicals.
