Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service) (Bilingual, Spanish & English)

Role: Donor center associate responsible for donor greeting, registration, health screening, and supporting plasma collection operations. Responsibilities: conduct registration procedures, verify donor suitability following SOPs, perform health screening tests (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, finger stick hematocrit and protein), educate donors about plasma products, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain a safe, clean environment. May assist with donor registration transfers, answer calls, monitor donor reactions, and support hyperimmune programs if applicable. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months experience in customer service, clerical, or healthcare-related roles; basic math skills. Preferred: bilingual skills and cross-training in other center functions.
