Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service) (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Plasma center associate responsible for donor greeting, screening, and data recording to ensure donor suitability for plasma pheresis. Responsibilities: conduct health assessments, assist donors with completing screening procedures, educate donors about plasma products and center policies, manage donor registration and transfer, monitor donor reactions, and maintain accurate electronic records. Also involved in maintaining a safe, clean environment, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least three months of clerical or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills required. High-Value: focus on blood/plasma donation,pheresis procedures, compliance with SOPs, safety, and confidentiality. May require bilingual skills and cross-training in other center areas.
