Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service) (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Plasma center donor ambassador responsible for donor screening, registration, and education to ensure safe plasma pheresis procedures. Responsibilities: assist donors with health history assessments, perform vital signs, finger stick sampling, and record data accurately; educate donors on donation process, products, and policies; manage donor flow, maintain safety and cleanliness, and handle inquiries via phone; follow SOPs, health and safety protocols, and confidentiality standards. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months experience in customer service or medical environment; basic math skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to perform manual tasks, stand/walk extensively, and lift up to 25 lbs. Preferred: bilingual in English/Spanish; prior healthcare, donor, or customer service experience.
