Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service) (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Plasma donation center staff responsible for donor registration, screening, and education on plasma collection processes. Core responsibilities include verifying donor eligibility through health history assessments, vital signs, and blood tests; ensuring compliance with SOPs; maintaining accurate electronic records; and managing donor flow and safety during pheresis. May assist with donor registration, transfer, and general inquiries, and uphold safety and confidentiality standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months experience in customer service, clerical, or medical environment; capable of performing basic math and health screening procedures.
