Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service) (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Donor Center Associate responsible for greeting donors, conducting registration and health screening procedures, and ensuring donor suitability for plasma pheresis. Responsibilities: facilitate donor registration, perform health assessments (blood pressure, pulse, hematocrit, protein levels), educate donors on plasma products and procedures, maintain accurate electronic records, and ensure safety and compliance with SOPs, HSE, and OSHA policies. May handle donor transfers, answer calls, and support hyperimmune program activities. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months experience in clerical, customer service, or healthcare-related roles; basic math skills. Preferred: bilingual abilities; cross-training in other center functions. High-Value: plasma donation,pheresis procedures, safety and compliance standards, health screening, data management.
