Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service) (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Plasma center associate responsible for donor screening, registration, and ensuring donor safety and compliance. Responsibilities: assist donors with health history assessments, perform health screenings (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature), conduct finger stick tests, educate donors on plasma donation and related policies, record donor data accurately, and monitor donor reactions. Maintain a clean environment, ensure availability of supplies, and adhere to safety protocols; may cross-train in other areas. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions and observe safety procedures.
