Role: Donor Center Associate responsible for donor registration, health screening, and education at a plasma collection facility. Objectives: ensure donor suitability, facilitate the donation process, and maintain compliance with SOPs and safety standards. Responsibilities: conduct health assessments including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and finger stick tests; assist donors with screening, answer questions, and educate on plasma-derived therapeutic products; manage donor data entry and ensure safety protocols. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum three months experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills.
