Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service) (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Donor center staff responsible for screening and registering plasma donors, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and maintaining donor safety. Responsibilities: conduct health assessments (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, finger stick for hematocrit and protein levels), educate donors on plasma products and procedures, record data accurately, monitor donors during and after donation, and manage center supplies and safety protocols. May assist with donor registration, answer calls, and support hyper immune programs. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions; manual dexterity; capacity for standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
