Responsibilities: conduct health assessments (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, finger stick for hematocrit and protein levels), verify donor suitability, educate donors about plasma products and procedures, record data accurately, monitor for adverse reactions, and maintain a safe, clean environment. May assist with donor registration and transfer, answer phone queries, and support operational needs, including cross-training. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months customer service or clerical experience, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions; manual dexterity; ability to lift up to 25 pounds; adaptability to a fast-paced, potentially hazardous environment with PPE use; willingness to work overtime.
