Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service)

Role: Donor Services Associate at a plasma collection center, responsible for donor registration, health screening, and ensuring safe and compliant plasma pheresis procedures. Responsibilities include verifying donor eligibility via health history assessment, conducting health screenings (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, finger stick hematocrit and protein levels), educating donors about plasma products and donation protocols, documenting data accurately in electronic systems, and maintaining a safe, clean environment following health and safety regulations. May involve donor registration transfers, answering donor inquiries, and cross-training in other operational areas. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months experience in clerical, customer service, or health-related roles; basic math skills; ability to perform health screening procedures.
