May involve registering and transferring donors, responding to phone inquiries, and alerting staff to donor reactions or flow issues. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 3 months customer service or clerical experience, with basic math skills. Skills include good communication, manual dexterity, ability to work in fast-paced environments, and understanding safety protocols. Preferred: Bilingual skills and cross-training in other center functions. Experience in medical or health service settings advantageous. High-value specifics: role in plasma donation, involves health screening procedures, exposure to bloodborne pathogens, and adherence to OSHA/HSE policies. Work setup: primarily on-site, with physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, extended hours, and potential overtime.
