Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; at least three months of clerical or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare. Skills include basic math, attention to safety/HSE/OSHA policies, and ability to follow instructions. Preferred: Bilingual skills; cross-training in other areas. High-value specifics: role in a blood/plasma collection environment, regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and manual dexterity required. Work setup involves standing for extended periods in a fast-paced, potentially hazardous environment; overtime and extended hours may be necessary.
