Role: Plasma donation center associate responsible for donor screening, registration, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety protocols. Objectives include verifying donor suitability through health assessments, conducting health screenings such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and finger sticks for hematocrit and protein levels. The role involves educating donors about the donation process, proper nutrition, and center policies, as well as maintaining accurate digital records. Responsibilities also encompass managing the work environment, assisting with donor flow, and responding to donor reactions promptly. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months of customer service or clerical experience, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds.
