Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service)

Role: Donor screening and support at plasma collection centers, ensuring donor suitability and compliance with SOPs. Responsibilities: conduct health assessments, assist donors through screening procedures, provide donor education on plasma products, record data accurately, and monitor donor well-being during and after donation. May be involved in donor registration, transfer, and answering inquiries; maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months experience in customer service or medical environment; basic math skills; ability to perform manual tasks, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced setting. High-Value: experience in healthcare/customer service; familiarity with blood/plasma donation processes; knowledge of health safety standards; bilingual skills may be preferred.
