Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service)

Role: Donor Center Staff responsible for donor greeting, registration, screening, and education in a plasma collection setting. Responsibilities: verify donor suitability via health history assessment, perform health screenings, record data accurately, maintain a safe and clean environment, and handle donor inquiries; monitor donor reactions during/after donation and escalate issues as needed. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months clerical/customer service experience, ideally in healthcare; basic math skills.
