Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service)

Role: Donor center associate responsible for screening plasma donors, verifying donor suitability, and maintaining compliance with SOPs. Objectives include conducting health assessments, explaining donation procedures, recording data accurately, and ensuring donor safety and confidentiality. Responsibilities: assist with health screening (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, finger stick for hematocrit and protein), educate donors about plasma products and procedures, manage donor registration and data entry, monitor donor reactions, and support center operations. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum three months experience in customer service or medical settings; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions and perform manual tasks.
