Objectives include ensuring compliance with SOPs, accurately recording donor data, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities encompass performing health assessments (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, finger stick for hematocrit/protein), educating donors about plasma products, managing donor registration and transfers, addressing caller inquiries, monitoring donor reactions, and ensuring a clean, organized work environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months experience in clerical, customer service, or medical environments; basic math skills. Preferred: Bilingual skills may be required. High-value specifics: role supports plasma donation operations, including hyper immune programs; work in a fast-paced setting with exposure to blood-borne pathogens, hazardous chemicals, and physical demands such as lifting up to 25 pounds, standing/walking extensively, and extended hours. Work setup includes overtime and extended hours as needed, with an hourly range of $16.61–$18.13, based on experience and qualifications.
