Responsibilities include conducting health history questionnaires, measuring vital signs, performing finger sticks for hematocrit and protein levels, and ensuring compliance with SOPs. May educate donors on plasma-derived therapeutic products, assist with registration, handle inquiries, and monitor donor reactions. Ensures accurate documentation and maintains a clean, safe environment per HSE and OSHA protocols. May be cross-trained and bilingual skills may be required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months customer service or clerical experience, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills.
