Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service)

Role: Plasma collection center staff responsible for donor registration, screening, and education to ensure donor suitability and compliance with SOPs. Responsibilities: conduct health assessments, perform blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature checks, and finger-stick sampling; educate donors on plasma donation process and related health topics; document donor data accurately; monitor donor reactions; maintain a clean environment and supplies; adhere to health, safety, and confidentiality policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months of clerical/customer service experience, preferably in healthcare; basic math skills. High-Value: experience in medical or health-related environment preferred; may require bilingual skills; may be cross-trained; involved in hyperimmune program policies if applicable.
