Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service)

Role: Donor Center Associate responsible for donor registration, screening, and education in a plasma donation setting. Responsibilities: conduct registration procedures, perform health screenings (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, hematocrit, protein levels), assist qualified donors, educate new donors about plasma products and procedures, ensure accurate data recording, and maintain a safe, clean environment. May handle donor transfers, answer calls, and monitor donors for reactions, notifying staff as needed. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months in clerical, customer service, or health-related roles; basic math skills. High-Value: plasma donation, donor screening, health assessment, potential involvement in hyper immune programs, compliance with HSE and OSHA policies. Work Setup: applicable to center-based environment; bilingual skills may be required; duties may include cross-training.
