Role: Support donor screening and registration at a plasma collection center, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety protocols. Responsibilities: assist with health history assessments, perform health screenings (blood pressure, pulse, temperature), conduct finger sticks for hematocrit and protein levels, educate donors on plasma products, record donor data accurately, and monitor for adverse reactions. May handle donor registration and transfers, answer inquiries, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 months customer service or clerical experience, basic math skills. Preferred skills: bilingual abilities, experience in medical or health-related settings. High-Value: plasma donation,pheresis process, health screening, bloodborne pathogen safety, OSHA/HSE compliance, potential involvement with hyper immune programs. Work setup: primarily in-center, fast-paced environment, requiring standing, walking, manual dexterity, and occasional lifting, with extended hours and overtime as needed.
