Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service)

Role: Donor registration and screening at a plasma collection center, ensuring donor suitability and safety during pheresis. Responsibilities: assist donors with health history assessments, perform vital signs, finger sticks, and health screenings; educate donors about plasma products and policies once trained; handle donor registration, data entry, and communication; monitor donor reactions and alert staff as needed; maintain a clean environment and supply levels; ensure compliance with safety protocols and confidentiality.
