Responsibilities: perform health screenings (blood pressure, pulse, hematocrit, protein levels), assist donors, educate about plasma products, record donor data accurately, and monitor for reactions. May handle registration, answer calls, and support hyperimmune program policies. Maintain cleanliness, safety protocols, confidentiality, and assist with supplies. Cross-training and bilingual skills may be required. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; 3+ months experience in clerical, customer service, or healthcare settings; basic math skills.
