Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service)

Role: Donor Center Associate responsible for donor registration, screening, and education in a plasma collection setting. Responsibilities: greet donors, conduct health history assessments, perform health screenings (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, finger stick), ensure compliance with SOPs, record data accurately, and maintain a safe, clean environment. May assist with donor transfer, answer calls, and educate donors on plasma-derived products. Monitors donor reactions and reports issues to management. Ensures adherence to safety, health, and confidentiality policies; may be cross-trained in other center functions. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; 3+ months experience in customer service, clerical, or healthcare-related roles; basic math skills.
