Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Bilingual) (Customer Service)

Role: Donor Center Associate responsible for greeting plasma donors, conducting screening procedures, and ensuring donor suitability. Responsibilities: assist donors with health history assessments, perform health screenings (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, finger stick tests), educate donors on plasma products, record data accurately in electronic systems, monitor donor reactions, and maintain a safe, clean work environment according to SOPs and safety policies. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 months of experience in customer service or clerical roles in healthcare settings, basic math skills, ability to follow instructions, manual dexterity, and physical ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing/walking frequently. High-Value: plasma donation, health screening, bloodborne pathogen exposure, OSHA/HSE compliance, bilingual skills may be preferred. WorkSetup: full-time, may require overtime, extended hours, and wearing PPE; conditions include exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, and biological hazards.
