Role: Medical Screener responsible for assessing donor eligibility through health screenings, medical tests, and documentation to ensure donor safety and compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: conduct health history interviews, measure vital signs, verify donor identification, and maintain accurate electronic records, while providing a positive donor experience and adhering to safety protocols. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; previous plasma experience preferred; proficient in data entry and electronic record management; strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, adaptability, and physical comfort working around blood products.
