Role: Field Medical Director supporting Organon's dermatology programs with clinical and scientific expertise. Responsibilities include establishing long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, providing balanced scientific exchange, supporting research collaborations, and representing the company at medical meetings. The role also involves training internal teams on scientific data and responding to medical inquiries, ensuring compliant and effective communication. Requirements: PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent; 5+ years of clinical or industry experience, preferably in dermatology or immunology; strong relationship-building, communication, and scientific evaluation skills.
