Medical Science Liaison - Southern California

Role: Field Medical Director providing scientific and clinical support for Organon's dermatology programs, focused on engaging healthcare professionals and stakeholders in Southern CA, NV, and HI. Responsibilities include developing long-term HCP relationships, delivering balanced scientific data, supporting research collaborations, training internal teams, and representing Organon at medical meetings. Requirements: PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent; 5+ years of clinical practice and/or industry experience, with dermatology or allergy/immunology preferred. High-Value: dermatology, clinical and post-marketing study support, scientific exchange, investigator collaboration, regional and national engagement. Work setup: field-based role with ~50% travel.
