Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) responsible for medical and scientific support within the Southeast US (FL, GA, VA, and surrounding states). Objectives include establishing long-term relationships with healthcare professionals in cardiology, rheumatology, and immunology, supporting clinical trial execution, and integrating scientific insights to inform Kiniksa's development strategies. Responsibilities encompass developing territory plans, engaging thought leaders, facilitating clinical trial activities, providing scientific education at conferences, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves internal collaboration on product and clinical development, and field communication of medical insights. Qualifications: MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent with 3+ years of industry or clinical experience; preferred backgrounds in cardiology, rheumatology, or immunology, especially with biologics or rare diseases. Must demonstrate strong relationship-building, scientific communication, and organizational skills. Travel up to 75% required. High-Value: Focus on cardiovascular indications, immunology, biologic immunotherapies, clinical trial support, and field-based stakeholder engagement. Location: Preferably in Florida, Georgia, or Virginia; primarily remote with significant travel.
